Oak City Choir

I found this picture of the Oak City Choir online. I had never seen it before, but it had my great grandmother Frankie in it and some other relatives. It was so fun to find a picture of my side of the family that I'd never seen before.

I am so excited to have started this blog! It will be used as a place to share our family pictures and stories (past and present). But especially those that I find through doing family history work. I want this to be a fun thing for the family to be able to check every week and learn more about where they came from and to help them see where they are going. We are living in eternity right now. We must choose to build up our family and those around us as we build up the kingdom of God.
While reading through the stories, you will find good examples and not so good examples of ways to live life, but they want us to learn from them, they want us to learn about them and be close to them. We are an eternal family. We will see them in the life to come. We will save them in this life. We will continue to help our family. We will continue to build up our eternal family.
